How to use the stove coil heating element correctly:

• The heating tube for liquid heating is strictly prohibited for dry heating or for solid heating;
  • When used for liquid heating, the effective heating part of the electric heating tube must be completely immersed in the liquid, and there should be a certain distance ( Greater than or equal to 50mm) from the container wall;
    • The scale and dirt on the surface of the heating pipe should be cleaned regularly, so as not to affect the efficiency and life of the heating pipe;
    • If the heating tube is idle for a long time, it is easy to get wet. When the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ, the components can be dried in a drying oven at 200 degree .Or reduce the voltage and directly energize and heat until the insulation resistance returns to normal;
    • Before maintenance, the power supply should be cut off, and the heating tube temperature should be lowered to normal temperature.
